Rania Saleh

Rania Saleh, DDS, is a leader and entrepreneur in dentistry. Her great success can be seen in the foundation of Oryx Dental, one of the leading AI cloud-based dental management software companies used in dentistry today. Having finished her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2003, she went on to complete a two-year advanced general practice residency at McGill University in Quebec Canada. In addition, she attended the renowned Kois Institute, where she perfected her skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Having fled her native war-torn country of Lebanon, Dr. Saleh struggled between her creative and scientific sides. Originally wishing to be an architect, she was encouraged by her family of dentists to pursue a career in dentistry. While practicing in Virginia and being a working mom, Dr. Saleh recognized the need for a dental management software that would elevate her practice, while ensuring that the true needs of patients were met. The creation of Oryx Dental, the cloud-based management software made for dentists by dentists, allowed Dr. Saleh to merge both her architectural skills with that of dentistry. Today, Dr. Rania is a leading entrepreneur and dental surgeon that places patient care at the forefront of both her practice and Oryx Dental technology.

Kim Diamond

Kim Diamond has been in the dental industry for 24 years. Kim is a student of her trade, constantly expanding her expertise and broadening her scope of work perpetually through her career. After starting her career as a dental office manager for a small group practice, Kim was promoted quickly to Managing Director, and then launched her sales career with Patterson Dental as a Technology Sales Representative for the next several years shortly thereafter. She would later find a home at Henry Schein Dental as a Digital Technology Sales Specialist on Long Island (NY), and has been with the company for over 15 years, propelling her career into leadership as a Regional Manager, then on to various iterations of Imaging and Technology leadership roles around the Henry Schein One (Dentrix) and Dexis brands; and ultimately into her most recent role with key responsibilities in restructuring the National Accounts Team to better serve the largest customers’ Henry Schein serves. Kim will now serve as the sales leader for the Henry Schein Multi-site division, including Mid-market group accounts, Regional and Local DSO’s, Institutional, CHC’s, Dental Schools, and Purchasing Organizations.
