This deep-dive 6-month program will enable executive and senior leaders to improve their organization's success through increased diversity, equity and inclusion. Led by global gender parity and DEI, expert and author on inclusive leadership and the advancement of women in the workplace, Rania Anderson engages executives and senior leaders at member DSO companies, who identify as men to elevate their inclusive leadership skills, mentor, ally and sponsor women and diverse talent and deliver systemic DEI change.
