Based on research, inclusive leadership programs with a developed framework set the stage for:

• Inclusive Leaders
• More impactful mentors 
• True allies at the interpersonal, institutional, and industry levels
• Sponsors of women and diverse talent
• Drivers of gender parity at all levels especially senior and executive levels

This deep-dive 6-month program will enable executive and senior leaders  to improve their organization's success through increased diversity, equity and inclusion.  Led by global gender parity and DEI, expert and author on inclusive leadership and the advancement of women in the workplace, Rania Anderson engages executives and senior leaders at member DSO companies, who identify as men to elevate their inclusive leadership skills, mentor, ally and sponsor women and diverse talent and deliver systemic DEI change.

During the program leaders will:

• Take an inclusive leadership self assessment
• Gain advanced leadership capabilities based on Rania Anderson’s proprietary inclusive leadership framework from her book WE: Men, Women and the Decisive Formula for Winning at Work 
• Develop strategies to recruit, retain, advance women and diverse talent. 
• Identify a high-potential woman to mentor and potentially sponsor position her for advancement to the most senior levels. 
• Receive group coaching from Rania Anderson and peer mentoring from fellow executive participants. 
• Identify and make an internal process at their organization more equitable.
• Present their progress to their peers in the final session.
