Women mentoring women is so important—it helps them gain access to opportunities and cultivates their confidence in an often still male-dominated business environment. When more women lead, it creates a diversified leadership team open to discussing multiple perspectives that improves decision-making and strengthens the organization to face the challenges of the future.
To ensure this program is effective, we’ve created a 45-second survey for Women in DSO members. This program and outcomes will support and drive the Women in DSO mission to advance women’s leadership in the DSO Industry.
Women in DSO Mentees: this is your opportunity to connect with a mentor who can offer you insight, advice, opportunity; help you navigate the current or next stage/s of your career; and build support and community in the DSO industry.
Women in DSO Mentors: this is your opportunity to give back, become a better leader, while refining your own skills and community.
The Women in DSO mentorship program will followup its launch with a Fellowship supporting and advancing women’s leadership opportunities focused on all levels of the DSO industry.

This person can not only aid in your professional development, navigating difficult situations, and handling tricky business relationships but can also help you build confidence in your decisions.
