Women in DSO® in partnership with Overjet, is proud to present the 2025 Leadership Awards. These Awards recognize two individuals who demonstrate excellence in clinical or business operations and DSO leadership, and are awarded at the Women in DSO® conference in Las Vegas.
The winners of the 2025 Women in DSO Leadership Award will be announced and celebrated at the 2025 Women in DSO® event to be held in March 7, 2025 at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas.
The Women in DSO Leadership Awards recognize professional women in DSO who have emerged as leaders in their field. As leaders, these powerful women have made a marked difference for women across our industry, in their companies, and in their communities by creating new pathways for others to follow.

Who should you nominate?
Outstanding women leaders who work in group practices, at a DSO or an affiliated DSO clinic, or who support DSOs as a clinician, consultants, business partners, etc. Both business and clinical leaders are encouraged and self-nominations are accepted. (The clinical category includes but is not limited to DDS/DMD/RDH/ EFDA/EDDA, DA, as well as women leaders who work for a DSO or a business that supports DSOs, in clinical-related work, but not necessarily chairside.)

Complete the short nomination form below. Self-nominations are accepted.· Nominees will be contacted and asked for additional information in the form of an application. An application completed by the nominee is required to be considered as a finalist.
Only one nomination is needed to nominate a woman leader for the Women in DSO Leadership Award.
To be considered for either award, a nomination must be received by December 15, 2024 and a completed application must be submitted by December 31, 2024. Nominations will be reviewed by a formal selection committee composed of Women in DSO® leadership.
