DIA’s leadership and investor team have a combined 200+ years of dental experience. DIA's co-founders and Managing Directors, Doug Brown and Thomas Sharpe, spent decades leading large DSOs to great success and ultimately record multiples. Having successfully exited these roles, they have since co-invested in a number of successful early-stage dental technology companies. Brown and Sharpe have been active advisors, mentors, board members, and connectors for these companies. Now, they leverage this experience, expertise, and industry relationships to build a larger investment and advisory platform in collaboration with a carefully curated group of other proven industry leaders.
